Cannot find Output All Fields in the Options under View menu due to moved.
Cause:
The 'Options...' command has been moved to the 'Tools' menu, and the 'Output All Fields' option has been moved to the 'Query Design' group of the 'Tables/Queries' tab.
Solution:
To include all fields from a query's underlying table when the query is run, use the 'Options...' command under the 'Tools' menu, and select the 'Output All Fields' check box in the 'Query Design' group of the 'Tables/Queries' tab.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'Tables/Queries' tab.
3) Select the 'Output All Fields' check box in the 'Query Design' group to include all fields from a query's underlying table when the query is run.
NOTE: Checking 'Output All Fields' sets the default to include all fields when a new query is created.
